Low Price Guarantee

At Brothers Main, your purchase is backed by our 30-day low price guarantee. If, within 30 days of delivery, you find the same new model available for purchase at a lower price from a local competitor (even big box!), we will refund the difference.*

Our customer support experts are here to assist you should the need arise.

Installation

You can count on our professional delivery crew to safely install your appliances with care, expertise and precision.

Please note: Free drop-off delivery does not include installation, uncrating or packaging removal.

Safety Restrictions

For safety reasons, our crew cannot:

• Connect to fixtures or outlets that are not up to current building codes

• Remove their shoes (though they will take caution to protect your home and merchandise)

• Connect to, or be responsible for, corroded faucets/fixtures, plastic water lines or plastic pipes

• Lift/hoist merchandise over banisters/obstructions or through windows

• Use customer-supplied or previously used connectors, fill hoses, gas flex lines or electrical cords

• Perform carpentry, electrical or plumbing work

• Reconnect relocated appliances to home utilities

• Relocate used appliances to a different address

Basic Appliance Installation & Purchase Options

All freestanding appliances will be uncrated, set in place and leveled. To complete the installation, working and accessible gas/water shut-off valves, venting and/or electrical sources are required. If these are not immediately behind your appliance you may need longer than standard connectors.

Additionally, we will remove and dispose of all product packaging.

Limitations:

◦ Refrigerator water lines must be connected to a working and accessible shut-off valve. We will reuse your existing waterline providing it is not plastic and it is in good condition.

Please note: If proper safe and functioning electrical outlets, gas shut-off valves, water supply and shut-off valves, or venting sources are not available at the time of delivery, a complete installation will not be possible and additional fees may apply for return visits to complete the installation. Gas shut-off valves must be functional, located in the same room as the appliance and within 6 feet of the appliance.

Built-In Appliance Installation

Unlike freestanding appliances, built-in appliances require installation by a professional installer. While Brothers Main does not install built-in appliances, we will make a referral to any of the several fully licensed and insured professionals we work with on an ongoing basis.

There are many variables that could affect pricing. The exact costs will not be available until the installer has been able to complete an in-home inspection to determine needs.

Warranties

Your product is covered solely by the manufacturer warranty and is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. No other warranties are expressed or implied.

Additional coverage is available to purchase from Brothers Main.

Manufacturer Warranties

Every purchase comes with a manufacturer warranty (typically one year) included in the product cost. Should you notice a defect after your 48-hour inspection period, please contact the product’s manufacturer directly. Contact information for the manufacturer is included in the product literature. Our customer support team is available to make this process as easy as possible.

In most cases, a technician must assess the product on behalf of the manufacturer to determine the best course of action in correcting the defect and/or resolving the issue. Brothers Main does not repair appliances and is not affiliated with, owner of or part owner of any repair company. Should you need an inspection or repair, we can refer you to a preferred local, factory-authorized technician.

Once the manufacturer warranty expires, any repairs are the consumer's responsibility.

Commercial locations, please note:

• If a residential appliance or television is installed in a commercial location, the manufacturer’s warranty is voided. Brothers Main offers optional add-on warranties to cover residential appliances used in a commercial location.

Brothers Main Warranties

It can be costly to repair or replace your product after the manufacturer warranty expires. To protect your purchase beyond the manufacturer warranty, Brothers Main is pleased to offer more comprehensive protection plans with two, three and five-year terms from the date of delivery.

Our extended protection plans cover everything the manufacturer warranties cover and more, including product breakdowns and damage from power surges, plus mechanical and electrical failures during normal use. View full coverage details, as well as terms and conditions, here.

If your five-year Brothers Main protection plan goes unused, we will provide store credit for the full amount of the coverage plan.*

*Store credit is valid for one year after the five-year coverage plan’s expiration date and must be used on appliances or mattresses $499 and up.

Online Ordering

Once your online purchase is complete, our online sales team will contact you during business hours to schedule pickup or delivery and installation, if applicable.

If the item is in stock, we can typically deliver it within two to seven business days. If it’s a special-order item, delivery times are dependent on the product’s availability from the manufacturer. Your salesperson will inform you of approximate ordering and/or delivery timelines upon initial contact after your order is submitted.

To avoid returns and the costs associated with returns, please review all item specifications, including dimensions and fit guides, before making a purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Orders that include normally stocked items can be canceled for a full refund any time prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Custom-order and special-order items are not cancellable after we have placed the order with the manufacturer.

Damaged Products

Before you accept delivery of your appliance or mattress, please inspect it. If any issue exists, you may refuse delivery. Do not accept products you intend to return or exchange.

Once you have accepted delivery (or if you brought the product home yourself), you have 48 hours to contact us regarding defects, damage or other issues. Please do not contact the store. Please email customer support at customersupport@brothersmain.com.

If initiated within your 48-hour inspection period, you may:

• Return your product for a full refund

• Exchange your product

• Keep the damaged product at a discounted price

If you notice a defect after 48 hours of receiving goods, please contact the product's manufacturer directly. Contact information for the manufacturer is included in the product literature. Our team is happy to help facilitate the process if needed.

Returns and Exchanges

If a return or exchange is necessary, our customer support team is here to assist you. To start the return process, please email customersupport@brothersmain.com within 48 hours of receiving your product.

If a return is authorized, we will refund your purchase in full.

Any returns or exchanges initiated after the 48-hour inspection period are subject to a 25% restocking fee and a minimum $50 pick-up or delivery charge.

A refund will be processed after we receive the product back at the original shipping warehouse. Refunds from online purchases will only be processed using the same credit or debit card the purchase was made with.
Refunds from cash or check payments made in-store will be made via check.

Conditions and limitations:

• Merchandise must be in like-new condition with all accessories and manufacturer-supplied materials and paperwork included.

• Built-in appliances that have been installed are not eligible for a return.

• Mattresses and bedding products are not eligible for a return.

• Final sale and custom-order items are not eligible for a return.
