My husband and I purchased a new dryer. The GE dryer works great so far. Terrance and Jay did a great job with the delivery and installation. We have a small laundry room and doorways which they managed to navigate through to get the old dryer out and the new one in place. They were efficient and courteous.

We bought a new washer and dryer and after a few weeks, the washer leaked water all over our floor. The drain hose came disconnected from the washer and all of the water came out of the bottom. After this the computer was malfunctioning, and we couldn’t get it to run, presumably because of water damage. I called Brothers Main and they replaced the washer with no questions asked, and we got a new one within a few days.Terrance and Jay did a great job taking away the old washer and installing the new one. They were professional and courteous, and were in and out very quickly.

The men that delivered my appliance had to be some of the nicest and knowledgeable delivery people ever. They went through how I was to clean the glass top stove, what to do before it's first use and the best way to get the tape off without ruining it. Every technical question I had, both of them had answers. Just a fresh experience! Most of the time you ask a question to the people delivering something is, I dunno, I just deliver it. A very refreshing and nice experience. Very reasonable delivery fee and appliance prices. Would highly recommend them compared to the bigger stores. Will be buying from them again!!

Great prices and service. My oven went out the weekend before Thanksgiving. I was able to order an in-stock oven on Monday and have it delivered on Wednesday. Installers were booked for the week, but Greg was able to find an installer who was willing to do a 6am install on Wednesday. Although I passed on the installer because of my schedule, I greatly appreciated the extra effort! The attentiveness shown through the whole process was top-notch.

As new homeowners, we had to replace all our kitchen appliances and add a washer/dryer. We were exceptionally pleased with Brother's Main. A big shout out to Alexa, in particular, who handled a majority of the purchases for us. We were fairly picky in what we wanted, and she ensured we got the appliances we wanted - even during a difficult time when things are in short supply or backordered. I appreciate their value towards customer loyalty. Their installation teams were also exceptionally professional and did a really great job. Even better, they were knowledgeable and gave us advice on how to maintain our new appliances. I also loved the ability to track their arrival.We're only waiting on one appliance at the moment. Heads up - they do not install dishwashers and overhead microwaves, so just ensure you have help lined up for those.We will definitely utilize them in the future and recommend them to to others!

We've been buying from Brothers Main since the 1990s. From full-house appliance purchases to incidental replacements, they give fast, professional service with no-nonsense answers. Their text messaging service is handy for quick questions. Their website has a lot of great information to help with selection and, most importantly, their sales and customer service staff are knowledgeable and prompt. I have no idea if they have the lowest price. I do know they have competitive prices and their sales and delivery service is excellent.

The washer and dryer I purchased was in stock and four days after I ordered them, were delivered and installed. The Brother's Main website was very easy to order from and shortly after placing the order I received a follow up email from A REAL PERSON with some delivery questions. The delivery guys did a great job removing my old washer and dryer and installing the new. I'm extremely pleased with the experience. FYI, I always shop around for the best deal. My washer and drier at the Brothers Main were the same price as the big box store, however, the haul away and install fee were significantly less. Will I shop The Brother's Main again? Only for every appliance I will need for the rest of my life!

My refrigerator unexpectedly kicked the bucket in the midst of an appliance shortage. I worked all day with dozens of outlets to find a fridge that would work in my awkward sized cutout and even the best options were backordered a minimum of 8 weeks. I called Brothers Main even though their site said the fridge I wanted was sold out. The friendly person who took my call said, "that's sold out but there's this other one I have that is $100 cheaper and it comes from the same warehouse, it's the same dimensions, it's practically the same, etc." I ordered it and paid for it right there on the phone and they delivered it the next day for a totally reasonable upcharge. It was SO easy and quick and it really made an incredibly stressful day much easier. The fridge is working great so far and I wish I had just called them first. 100% recommend.

I did the research and chose the washer I wanted, called them up, and told the sales staff, Greg, the washer I wanted and the price I was looking for. Sure I could have bought one from Costo or Best Buy maybe even a few bucks cheaper...but we have to think Yokel and buy local in order to keep these local madison area places in business!!

The best value and service in the area. I have always been one to shop local businesses, I find Main Appliance to be the perfect place for all my appliance needs. I have bought from them for over 15 years. In 2009 I bought washer,dryer,refrigerator,stove,dished washer, and microwave for our condo. I had a minor issue with the dryer and they came right out and the technician noticed a slight bend in vent filter while fixing problem and gave us a new one. Lived there 10 years with only minor repairs needed on refrigerator and we were always treated quite fairly. So when I moved into a house and needed a W/D. They were the first call I made! Actually I did the entire purchase over the phone because of Colvin-19. I explained what I wanted and 4days later the W/D arrived and free delivery and hookup it was fantastic. With the big box stores they charge extra for everything and have no service available. I checked prices at other stores and was amazed at the savings. If this isn’t your first stop you are losing out on great peace of mind that comes with buying at BROTHERS MAIN APPLIANCE! Thanks Gregg!

Our on-line dryer shopping experience with Main was easy and informative. Our salesman text-chatted with us about our selection, and our preferred model was available. On-line payment was easy and efficient. Our delivery team was excellent. Dustin and his partner communicated effectively, arrived on-time, efficiently removed our old dryer, and efficiently hooked up our new dryer. Dustin gave us a quick instruction demonstration to get us started. At my request, they even left the dryer box for my grandsons to decorate and turn into a playhouse.

It took a little while to get our range delivered due to where we live but they were easy to work with. One of the delivery guys moved the old range out and let me clean the space while they got the new range ready outside. They had their equipment they needed, made sure the door fixtures weren’t in the way (and reinstalled quickly after job was done). Installation was quick and easy and made sure product was level and ready to go. Verbally gave me directions on my end to finish the process for the oven. They left with the place being just as clean as before they arrived and were pleasant. We also had our delivery during the stay at home order, both people wore masks and respected our space. Great service and easy to work with. I would recommend them.

We have never bought appliances anywhere else. We have always been treated well and the salesman paired us with products that fit our budget and gave us the features we were looking for. We never felt like they were trying to over-sell us on a product. There was only one hiccup, I bought our dishwasher online during the Covid-19 and arrangements were made for me to pick it up at the store. When I got there it had never been brought over from the warehouse. They made it right though, delivering it to our house the next day at no charge. Product availability and pricing is second to none!

We had built in stacked ovens where one failed. Unfortunately even staying with the same model as before, years had passed and os the sizes had shifted. A staff member from Brother’s Main came to our house to measure and tell us what needed to change to accommodate the new bigger version. The delivery men were capable, and the installer was superb. We had a great experience buying a dryer from them. Ordered online due to not being able to leave the house. Communication after that via email was great. They had tracking information for when it would be delivered. The delivery guys not only delivered my dryer but they brought it down in my basement and hooked it up for me. I paid the extra $20 to have them haul away my old broken dryer. Both men were very kind and professional. I will most definitely go back to Brothers Main for any future appliance needs

Courteous and helpful on explaining what I needed in a washer. Friendly and their delivery service was a couple days later. I would recommend them to anybody. I would go back!!!! Thank you for the great service!!!We had a washer for two years and it went bad, we knew we wanted to get her to speed queen. We did our homework before we went there on the washer, and we learned a little bit more while we was there. They did not force us to get one or the other as far has washers, they let me pick whatever washer I wanted. Were most salesmen will steer you toward a particular item.

I had a plan to visit several places to purchase a range & refrigerator, and the Brothers Main West was my first stop of the day. Chris Johns ended up helping me, and let me tell you I had no idea what I wanted/needed (first time home buyer). Chris was super helpful!! He helped me determine that the focal point of kitchen would be the refigerator. He showed me several options, told me about sales, and explained features. I narrowed it down to 2 brands. Chris then took me over to see the matching ranges. He wrote me up 2 quotes for everything I needed, plus install & delivery, one for each brand. (I pretty much made up my mind at this point.) I then took my quotes and went to the other places on my list. I compared the prices at the other stores to the Brothers Main quotes. Not only was the Brothers Main the cheapest (price tag only), their install and delivery costs were unbeatable. Even if another store had the appliances for cheaper, I would have ended up paying more in install & delivery costs. The next stop I made after closing on my house, was the Brothers Main West. I spoke to Chris, handed him the quote of the appliances I wanted, scheduled the delivery, and was out the door. I highly recommend Chris Jones and the Brothers Main West, and they will be my first stop when I need to replace another appliance.

Had an excellent experience. The person who sold us our new refrigerator was prompt and directed me to exactly what I needed. No upselling, which was very nice. The delivery was right on time. My only concern was dragging the new and old appliances across the kitchen floor without protection. Could have easily scratched or damaged the floor. Thankfully, it didn't. This is our second time working with Brothers Main. Definitely will work with them again.

Knowledgeable, courteous staff. They managed that delicate balance between not hovering / creating pressure to buy, while still being readily available when I was ready to ask some questions. Great prices (though I admittedly lucked into the beginning of the Presidents day sale), and most on point for my needs, they were able to deliver my new fridge the next day. On the delivery end, they were prompt, extremely friendly (even when I showed up a bit late), and professional throughout. Really wish I'd caught the crew lead's name (Jay was one of the other guys on the truck), as that was the best appliance delivery experience I've ever had (and we've had a lot of experience with appliance deliveries of late). Highly recommend the whole experience.

Chris Johns was our salesman when we recently went in looking for a new dishwasher. We bought a refrigerator there previously and the follow up customer service wasn’t great so we were somewhat cautious. We thought we knew what dishwasher we were going to buy going in. We asked some questions and Chris answered them honestly. He said he’d sell us the one we thought we wanted. But then we asked his opinion and he immediately recommended a different one. Gave us plenty of really good reasons for the one he suggested. He was a straight shooter and very honest. We bought the one he suggested. I then found it $100 cheaper a couple weeks later and told Chris this. He immediately refunded my the difference citing their 30 day price match guarantee. Outstanding customer service. I’d recommend anyone appliance shopping to go see Chris Johns. We will again.

I own a few rental properties, and I only buy my appliances from Brothers Main. Their prices are beyond reasonable, but even more than that, they just get it. If I go in and ask for the cheapest washer because I'm buying for a rental, the staff just take me to the cheapest washer and don't try to up sell. If I try to coordinate a quicker delivery because my tenants need something right away, they're incredibly accommodating. It's clear they make an effort to treat customers like family and build loyalty. I highly recommend shopping here.

They were incredible!! Efficient, knowledgeable, kind, professional, careful...I could go on and on. I sensed I was the last person and it had been a very long day. They never once complained and were so nice to be around. For me, it is not only the quality of the products and the sale, but it is the people who come to my house and delivery/install the appliances. They truly make the lasting impression. I needed a new stove by Thanksgiving, less than 3 weeks away when I special ordered the one I wanted. Brad told me that he thought it could be delivered in time. Just a week later he called to say that it would be delivered on Nov 22nd, and he made sure we had natural gas. The delivery app worked great, and although there were a few issues with the delivery truck itself, we were kept informed of the time and the installers kept a good humor throughout. My new Thermador gas range with griddle worked well. The first two things I cooked were 3 pies and a huge turkey which came out perfectly cooked. Very satisfied with my purchase.

I just returned from purchasing a refrigerator from Chris J. for my elderly Dad and we needed next day delivery. My folks have been buying all their appliance from Brother's Main for easily 45 years. No fooling!!!! Chris worked hard to get the fight appliance and necessary short delivery window which was necessary as I live out of state and I needed to get Dad's fridge stocked and ready to go. Why do people go to big box stores where you are just a credit card and not a customer? Shop here people!!!!!

Aloha - We decided it was time to get all new kitchen appliances and so last Friday (9/27)we swung by the Brother's East Main Stoughton Rd store to check prices before heading over to the East Towne Mall Sears where we were long, long time customers. We ended up buying everything then and there at Brother's Main. It really came down to Dave Wipp and STELLAR customer service. The price was right as well but in truth -for us - customer service trumps price (within a certain range, of course). Today (Oct 3) the 3-person delivery crew did their thing. Again, STELLAR customer service. The three young men were efficient, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the products they were delivering. We are totally satisfied customers and will be spreading our aloha about Brother's Main for sure. Mahalo from a new Brother's Main Regular Customer.

Prices same as via Internet and Best Buy, installation fee and removal of the old fridge was very reasonable—lower than other places. The installation crew were really professional, did a great job, and bothered to give me additional instructions on cleaning the metal (besides that they cleaned off their handprints!) and making sure it was working before they left. The purchase was easy once I made my decision.

My fridge died. BMA&T helped find a replacement quick enough to move my food before it spoiled. The delivery drivers had to remove the door to get it in, but they were friendly and fast. Then once they left, I realized that the model I ordered didn't have a butter tray like my old one did. I called the store and the delivery team brought me the butter tray from my old one that same day. It fit. It was a great customer experience.

We bought 2 appliances on discount and later found a complete kitchen package was available. They preserved our original discount and rolled in 2 more units to qualify. Delivery was on schedule with only a problem converting the right-hinged fridge door to a lefty. A missing toe-kick panel was ordered and delivered promptly. They were unsuccessful in locating someone to install our dishwasher in a new location. When we had a problem Brothers Main worked quickly to resolve it.

The sales team was great and very helpful. The follow-up calls were great as well. The delivery team was professional and assisted as best as they can. There were some minor miscommunications with haul away, Balance owed when there wasn't and some minor mishaps with the product I received (scratches or dents). However, the team after follow-up promptly ordered new parts for the delivery folks to come out and make everything brand new again. Great job Brother's Main!

I opened the freezer on a Saturday night and everything was melted. The repair man came Monday and told us there was a leak in the sealed system so no refrigerant was getting to the compressor. Time to repair and cost too high so we decided to buy a new one. Best Buy wasn't able to deliver until the next week, so we went to Brothers Main East. Wish I could remember the lady's name we worked with but she was fantastic. They had the model we wanted and, because our refrigerator was dead, she put us at the top of the list for delivery. We got it the next day. Great experience. Will go there again for our appliance needs.

My refrigerator was delivered as promptly and professionally as expected. However they pulled out my old refrigerator too far and broke the water line causing a water leak in the basement. Brother's Main agreed to pay a plumber to fix the line and it was taken care of the same day. I have purchased many appliances from them and will continue to do so in the future. Their customer service is excellent and I don't have to deal with Big Box indifference.

The sales representative, Jim Speaker, was extraordinarily knowledgeable about all of the products in the store. I went to Brothers Main with questions specific to induction stoves and driers. Jim was able to provide me information about all of their products in a technical sense, about the product market more generally, and about consumer preference for different models of each appliance. If you are looking for any type of household appliance and don’t know much about what is available or what the difference between features and new technologies are, Jim is the best person in Madison to speak with. I could not recommend him enough to provide honest, knowledgeable information about any appliance Brothers Main sells.

This place is great. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store, and the sales staff did a good job of listening to my needs and recommending appliances that met them. Recently I purchased a new Electrolux front load Washer and Dryer from the Brothers Main location on the West side of Madison. I worked with Bill and Josh, and I could not be more satisfied with my experience. Josh's extensive knowledge of the machines they carry, and great personal insight truly helped me choose the best possible machines for me home. The delivery team was also next level awesome. Both men, were very kind, hooked everything up perfectly, and took extra time to properly show me how to use the machines. I would not hesitate to use Brothers Main to purchase future appliances, and have an entire kitchen that will need updating in the near future. I fully expect to be purchasing from Bill, Josh, and the entire team of great individuals at Brothers Main again!

Just purchased my first appliance (a top-rated LG washer) from Brothers Main, and I plan to buy from them again. The installation didn't go completely smoothly (which I've come to expect in the world of large appliances), but the company made it right. Most importantly to me, my interactions with every employee that I came into contact with were universally positive. From the receptionists at both east and west stores, to the salesperson who wrote up my order over the phone, to the delivery and installation team, to the repairman who came to fix the installation--all were pleasant, professional, and helpful. I bought their 5-year warranty for peace of mind--and if I don't end up needing it, the full cost of the warranty becomes a credit I can use on my next purchase. I don't usually buy extended warranties, but that seemed like a good investment.

Our washer broke just in time for Memorial Day Sales. We had a great experience at Brothers Main - great customer service, quick and free delivery, free installation, and took our old water and dryer away for only $10 each. Had good overall experience. One of our appliances came in scratched, but they exchanged it and had the new one 2 days later. Only reason it's not 5 stars is because I had to order a range hood extension after the fact because we have higher ceilings. I wish the salesman would have inquired about ceiling height when we ordered to avoid the delay in shipping/arrival after the fact.

The the sales man Josh was great when he helped us select a new oven. Very knowledgeable and helpful, but no pressure to buy. When ever I called with follow up questions, he was very responsive. When they installed the oven, there was an issue with the power chord not fitting the plug in. They worked quickly to resolve the issue and came back the very next day to replace the power chord with one that worked.

Excellent all around! No pressure or upselling at all when we bought our new washer and dryer, and the person who helped us was very nice and knowledgeable. We felt so comfortable we purchased that day. Scheduled delivery for about a week later, and then had to reschedule due to a death in the family. They were great about rescheduling. Came the next day right on time (actually a bit early, which was awesome), and cleaned and sweeped up the area after installation. We couldn’t be happier! Will update review if there are any issues with the units themselves over the next few weeks.

We went to Brothers Main because he have had good luck with them over the years. They did not disappoint us this time, either. We were moving from our large home to a condo and were going to need 4 new appliances. Their website gave us great information about the options available for us, and Josh Reno and others on the sales team worked hard to get us great choices at really good prices. They were just as flexible when it came to delivery since 2 needed to be installed and the other 2 replaced. I highly recommend Brothers Main for any appliance needs you have.
