Bought this unit in May 2023 and now it doesn't work. I would expect a new dishwasher to last more than a year and half. never will buy another.

First it took 3 weeks just to get the right fittings and cords, and then it wouldn't even clean wet yogurt off the bottom of the cup after it had been there half a day.

Had my last dishwasher 20+ years. Quit after about 20 loads. No longer drains. It's never cleaned well regardless of how few dishes inside nor brand of detergent. Last Frigidaire I'll ever buy. Very, very disappointed in how this company has failed. It used to be a name to trust!

This is a great unit and I was pleased with pricing and that it was available in white! I've run the unit and it does a wonderful job....and is really quiet too! Beautiful addition to my kitchen!I would very highly recommend this Frigidaire Dishwasher.

We went with frigidaire because we liked the look, two old people, needed nothing fancy. Well, it is terrible. Soap drawer not opening, yes soap is new. Dishes not clean. Not overloaded, half loads. The fact that you have to run the sink water to get it hot enough to turn on it stupid !!!!! We will be shopping for a better model, please let me know if there are any rebates for a new better model purchase. This was installed one month ago by professional plumbers. Paid 379.00

Like the quietness Wish it had a pre rinse cycle. Wish I™™d checked but this is my sevond dishwasher and after having the first one for over 18 years I guess I assumed it came in all of them. With just the 2 of us I don™™t use it every day but dishes can™™t sit in there too long till it™™s full.

Have been unable to use since installation two weeks ago. Door latch was broken but not noticed until installation. Frigidaire did not have a replacement part in stock (maybe indicator of bigger issue with this product?) and their solution was ™sorry but you just have to wait until part comes in.™ Supposedly the warranty repair guy is coming today to repair - 2 weeks since install. Hopefully the group shows and the unit works once the latch is replaced. Will not buy another Frigidaire product after the experience with Frigidaire warranty.

I'm not one to test the limits of a dishwasher's heavy dirt removal, but it gets my plates and glasses completely clean, and I barely realize it's running, despite living in a very small place. It's my second Frigidaire dishwasher, and I see no reason to change!

This was our first brand new dishwasher we have boughten. We have really liked it so far, my husband installed it the day before. I like this brand because the company is solid, have good quality products and stand behind their products. My father has done appliance service for over 50 years and this was one of his favorite bands as they are affordable, easy to work on (if needed) and last a long time.

I cant tell you how to open the door that is locked, so I cant put the counter screws in. There were no instructions in the box to say how to unlock this door. Should I just pull it and break it? no, then why isn't there any information anywhere on how to unlock this door?

Basic lower-end dishwasher. Cleans things just fine. Easy to install. Holds more items than I imagined it would. The only negative is that the tines on the rack are very weak. Within two weeks, multiple had already bent.

This is the perfect dishwasher for my needs. There are only two of us so I only turn it on every three days but still the dishes come out sparkling and with the hard water there is no hot water 'fog" on the glassware. The price couldn't be beat!

I generally am happy with my new dishwasher, but when I turn on the "heated dry", it doesn't do the job. The dishes still are dripping wet hours later. Other than that, I like the white color, and the size was small enough for my condo.

I am disappointed in a few things about this new dishwasher. I cannot open it and add ™the last item™ I missed once the dishwasher has started. It leaks if I do! The silverware holder is half the size of my previous one. I™™m very disappointed.

This dishwasher cleans the dishes really well and is a great dishwasher for the price. . The only thing that I don™™t like about it is the door won™™t stay down unless the bottom rack is pulled out. So, if you want to put something on the top rack, you have to pull the bottom rack out first or fight the door. Also it™™s difficult to push the bottom rack back in due to the space on the side where it slides in.

This replaced a 15 year old dishwasher, and I am glad we bought it. The dishes sparkle after they are washed. Big improvement over the old one. The noise is doable - not the most quiet, but it doesn't bother us as we watch tv in another room. The cycles take a long while, but that is modern day progress. Just make sure you run the hot water in your sink prior to running the dishwasher. The sensors will sense the temperature, and the cycle will be a bit quicker if you start with the hottest water possible.
