Every team member goes through a comprehensive training program in order to keep current with all of the products that we carry. When we deliver your appliances, you can rest assured that the job will be done correctly.

DROP-OFF DELIVERY RANGE
Brothers Main provides FREE drop-off delivery straight to your doorstep for any appliance or mattress purchase totaling $399 or more within our local delivery zone.* Delivery is also available beyond this area, with additional charges applicable. For the delivery, a responsible adult must be present. A delivery fee of $89.99 is applied to appliances and mattresses priced under $399.99.
Drop-off delivery fees for appliances and mattresses priced less than $399.99:
• All Zones - $89.99
Drop-off delivery fees for appliances and mattresses priced $399.99 and above:
• Zone 1 - Free Local Delivery
• Zone 2 - $19.99
• Zone: 3 - $39.99
Please note that installation and removal of old equipment are not included in drop-off delivery. Visit our installation page or contact a store representative to learn more about your installation and removal options.
Restrictions:
• We do not currently deliver outside of Wisconsin with the exception of South Beloit zip code 61080.
• We typically do not deliver beyond 75 miles from Madison, WI

DAY OF DELIVERY
TRACKING YOUR PRODUCTS
Our deliveries are routed so drivers can make them most efficiently, with crew start times staggered throughout the morning.
Here is what you can expect on the day of your delivery:
• By 8 a.m., a three-hour delivery window estimate will be accessible on our delivery app.
• The app will be most accurate after your crew starts their route and will continue to update after each stop.
• Our drivers will call you approximately half an hour before arriving at your location.
• Routes are usually, but not always, finished by 7 p.m.
48-HOUR INSPECTION PERIOD
Before you accept delivery of your appliance or mattress, please inspect it. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If any issue exists, you may refuse delivery. Do not accept products you intend to return or exchange.
Once you have accepted delivery, you have 48 hours to contact our customer support team regarding defects, damage or other issues.
If initiated within your 48-hour inspection period, you may:
• Return your product for a full refund
• Exchange your product
• Keep the damaged product at a discounted price
If you notice a defect after 48 hours of receiving goods, please contact the product’s manufacturer directly to get warranty repair service. Contact information for the manufacturer is included in the product literature. Our Customer support team is happy to help facilitate the process if needed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If a return or exchange is necessary, our customer support team is here to assist you. To start the process, please email customersupport@brothersmain.com within 48 hours of receiving your product.
If a return is authorized, we will refund your purchase in full.
Any returns or exchanges initiated after the 48-hour inspection period are subject to a 25% restocking fee and a minimum $50 pick-up or delivery charge. You also have the option of keeping the damaged product at a discounted price. We will do our best to replace the item or provide a refund.
A refund will be processed after we receive the product back at the original shipping warehouse. Refunds from online purchases will only be processed using the same credit or debit card the purchase was made with.
Refunds from cash or check payments made in-store will be made via check.
Conditions and limitations:
• Merchandise must be in like-new condition with all accessories and manufacturer-supplied materials and paperwork included.
• Built-in appliances that have been installed are not eligible for a return.
• Mattresses and bedding products are not eligible for a return.
• Final sale and special-order items are not eligible for a return.
